Has my order been taken into account?

When your order is taken into account, Petit Raphael will inform you in two ways:

A confirmation email is sent to you at the email address you provided when registering.

If you have not received a confirmation email despite the validation of your order, make sure that it has not been automatically transferred to the "junk mail" or

"spam" of your email and that the address you entered when registering is still valid.

Your order is displayed on the "Orders" section, accessible via "Account" on the top right corner of the site.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request to modify or cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible at info@petitraphael.com. We will the do our best

to accommodate the modification or cancellation.

Can I follow the progress of my order?

You will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress of your order as soon as the order is being shipped.

How can I pay for my order on Petit Raphael?

The means of payment available to you are:

1)     Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

2)     Paypal - Be sure to indicate your order number in the title

3) Apple Pay

What security measures are in place for online payment?

Petit Raphael has chosen Stripe as provider. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most

stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Where can my order be delivered?

We are based out of Paris and can ship to France and the EU but we will also do our best to reach you, wherever you are. If you cannot find your country in the

dropdown list, please ask for a quote at info@petitraphael.com.

My package is damaged, what should I do?


Make sure you have notified the carrier and write an email to info@petitraphael.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. In this letter, state the non-

conformity or apparent defects of the product (s) received, in detail and, where possible, supporting photos. We will then send you a confirmation letter with a return

number to be included on the package when returning, if it is accepted. Products must be returned unopened and in perfect condition for resale.



What was delivered to me does not correspond to my order (missing, damaged item (s), etc.), what should I do?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return an item ordered on your site?

If you wish to return an item (s) ordered from Petit Raphael because it is not suitable, write an email (using the online form or at info@petitraphael.com) within 14

working days. from the date of delivery of the package.

Your request will be taken into account when you receive an email from Petit Raphael confirming the registration of your return request, indicating the procedure to

follow for returning the product (s).

The return of the product (s) will be accepted only if the items have not been opened and are in perfect condition for resale. Products returned open, damaged,

damaged or soiled cannot be taken back.

You will then be refunded the amount of your order, the shipping costs remaining at your expense.

Can I exchange all or part of my order?

If you wish to make an exchange for the same product, in another size or color, Petit Raphael will offer you the cost of sending the new item. If there is a difference in

the price of the product, you will be charged or refunded depending on whether it is positive or negative.



Can I get a refund?

In the event of a return accepted by Petit Raphael, you may obtain credit for the amount of your order or a refund of the amount of the returned item excluding

postage. Your refund will be issued by the same method you used for the initial payment of your purchase.
